Level 1 Gottman Training – Bridging the couple chasm

Join us for Gottman Training (Level 1) Workshop with Dr Carolyn Russell (Certified Gottman Therapist  and Advanced Clinical Trainer). This training is offered on line as it is the introduction to the theory, and engagement with research around what makes relationships flourish.

What you will learn or observe

• The couples research of Dr John & Julie Gottman.

• How to implement research-based strategies into your practice for education or therapy.

• Application of techniques to help couples face a variety of challenges in their relationship.

• Understanding of the Sound Relationship House theory of the Gottman Institute.
