What Should I Do?
I Have Never Logged In Before. How Do I Set Up My Password?
Your ASPM membership may have been created during registration, payment or by an administrator. If you have an account but do not yet know your password, you can create a new password using the password reset process.
- If you are not a member, then use our Sign Up process to register.
- If you are a new member (or returning), go to the ASPM Log In page.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address linked to your ASPM membership.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email.
- Open the reset link in the email.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Return to the ASPM website and log in using your email address or username and your new password.
Choosing a Secure Password
For the security of your membership account, choose a password that is unique to ASPM and not used for another website. MemberPress can apply password-strength requirements during registration and password creation.
The ASPM login page currently includes a Login with Google option. This allows members to log in using their Google account, where that Google email address is correctly associated with their ASPM account.
To log in with Google:
- Go to the ASPM Log In page.
- Select Login with Google.
- Choose the Google account associated with your ASPM membership.
- Complete the Google authentication steps, if prompted.
- You will be returned to the ASPM website as a logged-in member.
If Google Login Does Not Work
Try logging in with your ASPM username/email address and password instead. If you are unsure of your password, select Forgot Password to set a new one.
If your membership uses a different email address from your Google account, you can still connect the account to Google in the My Profile section or through this link Connect To Google.
